As heat:
Put your cherry stone pillow on the stove to warm it up or for 10 to 15 minutes in the oven at 100 degrees.
Should there be time to move fast, you put your cherry stone pillow easy up for to 4 minutes in the microwave.

As cold storage:
Put the cherry pit pillow for about 45 minutes in the refrigerator or freezer basket.
