As heat:
Put your spelt pillow on the stove to warm up or for 10 to 15 minutes in the oven at 100 degrees.
If you are in hurry, you can put your spelt pillow easy for 4 minutes in the microwave.

As cold storage:
Put the spelt pillow for about 45 minutes in the refrigerator or freezer basket.
